From unequal parental leave allowances, to a lack of changing tables in men’s bathrooms, to harmful perceptions of stay-at-home dads - it’s time to talk about fatherhood and how to create a world that supports and enables all parents in making the choices that feel right for them.

In celebration of Father’s Day, we interviewed four dads about their experiences – what they’ve learnt, how they’re navigating those barriers and how we can support dads to be more open and involved in their child’s upbringing.
