All Access Pass

Learn, reflect, and act — access all our DEI, gender equality, leadership, and inclusion courses in one transformative pass.

Why You Need It

Inequality, exclusion, and harassment are part of a complex web of social, cultural, and organisational systems. They shape who is seen, whose voices are valued, and who feels safe or able to thrive — in workplaces, communities, and everyday life. Left unexamined, these dynamics reinforce barriers, limit opportunities, and undermine wellbeing, inclusion, and progress.

The All Access Pass gives you everything you need to act intentionally: the knowledge, tools, and confidence to champion gender equality, apply an intersectional lens, use inclusive language, prevent harassment, and lead with purpose through feminist principles. You’ll uncover how power and privilege operate across multiple identities, learn how words, policies, and practices shape culture, and gain practical strategies to create workplaces, communities, and leadership spaces where everyone is valued and respected. Change doesn’t happen by chance — it happens when people like you step up.

We’ll Teach You

By completing the All Access Pass, you’ll gain the skills to foster inclusion, equity, and respect across every aspect of your work and leadership. You’ll:

  • Understand systems of inequality, power, and privilege — explore how bias, identity, and structural barriers shape who is heard, valued, and included.
  • Reflect on your own influence and practice — examine your experiences, identity, and leadership to understand how they shape decisions, relationships, and culture.
  • Build confidence to act intentionally — challenge assumptions, use inclusive language, prevent harassment, and navigate complex or sensitive situations with care.
  • Apply practical tools and strategies — implement learnings across policies, practices, processes, and leadership approaches, guided by an intersectional lens.
  • Lead and influence for lasting impact — step into your power with feminist leadership principles, creating workplaces, communities, and movements where everyone belongs and equity is standard.

"I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to the founder and all the amazing people who put this great course together, I started feeling positive, now I'm inspired to be the voice and advocate for equality, inclusion and diversity."

How You'll Learn

The All Access Pass is immersive, interactive, and grounded in real-world application. You’ll learn through:

  • Guidance from leading voices — global and local thought leaders, advocates, and lived-experience experts across gender equality, DEI, leadership, and inclusion.
  • Scenario-based exercises — workplace, community, and everyday situations that challenge you to reflect, act, and apply an intersectional lens to policies, practices, and processes.
  • Experiential and gamified activities — animations, interactive exercises, and tools that make complex concepts tangible, memorable, and immediately applicable.
  • Practical resources and frameworks — downloadable guides, toolkits, and principles you can use to embed equity, inclusion, and feminist leadership into your daily practice.
  • Leadership reflection and practice — explore your values, purpose, and style, learn to unpack power and privilege, and apply feminist principles to lead authentically and sustainably.

What's In it

Duration: 6 — 8 hours

  • Gender Equality Foundations

Gender inequality isn’t just a statistic — it shapes everyday life, from pay gaps to whose voices are heard. Gender Equality Foundations gives you the knowledge and tools to challenge inequality, understand how power and privilege operate, and take action to create a more equal world — because change happens when people like you step up.

  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Foundations

Inequality isn’t accidental — it’s built into systems, practices, and everyday interactions. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Foundations helps you understand these forces, recognise your own influence, and take concrete steps to create workplaces and communities where everyone belongs — because inclusion happens when we act intentionally.

  • Inclusive Language

Language isn’t neutral — it either reinforces exclusion or builds equality. Inclusive Language helps you spot exclusionary words, adopt inclusive alternatives, and find the courage to speak up. In just 45 minutes, you’ll learn to use your words to challenge inequality and create belonging — because change can start with how we speak.

  • Unconscious Bias to Conscious Inclusion

Bias isn’t just personal — it’s systemic, shaping who gets opportunities, who’s heard, and who feels welcome. Unconscious Bias to Conscious Inclusion gives you the tools to uncover hidden assumptions, see how they influence decisions, and take practical action to interrupt bias — because inclusion only happens when people like you step up and act intentionally.

  • Preventing Sexual Harassment

Sexual harassment isn’t an individual issue — it’s systemic, undermining trust and safety in workplaces. Preventing Sexual Harassment equips you with the tools, confidence, and strategies to identify risks, intervene safely, support those affected, and role model behaviours that create a culture of respect and equity — meeting your Respect@Work obligations.

  • Reclaim: Feminist Leadership

Leadership doesn’t have to look the same for everyone — and it shouldn’t reinforce inequality. Reclaim: Feminist Leadership helps you step into your power, challenge limiting beliefs, and lead with purpose. You’ll explore how power and privilege shape leadership, learn to take up space while sharing influence, and apply feminist principles to create meaningful, lasting impact. Leadership isn’t about fitting in — it’s about reshaping the system from wherever you stand.
