Unconscious Bias to Conscious Inclusion gives you the tools to uncover hidden assumptions, see how they influence decisions, and take practical action to interrupt bias — because inclusion only happens when people like you step up and act intentionally.

  • Inclusive Language

    Language isn’t neutral — it either reinforces exclusion or builds equality. Inclusive Language helps you spot exclusionary words, adopt inclusive alternatives, and find the courage to speak up. In just 45 minutes, you’ll learn to use your words to challenge inequality and create belonging — because change can start with how we speak.
