Online Courses
How do I access my course/s?
Simply click the Login button in the top right corner of our website. Once logged in, hover over your account icon and select Your Dashboard. From there, you’ll see all the courses you’ve purchased, plus free previews of selected courses.
Will I receive a certificate once I complete a course?
Yes! A personalised certificate will be available on Your Dashboard once you’ve completed all modules.
How long do the courses take to complete?
Our courses are self-paced, so you can complete them in one sitting or break them into smaller learning sessions. Each course page includes an estimated time for completion, but remember — everyone learns differently, so take the time you need.
Can I share feedback or suggestions about the course material?
Absolutely. The world is constantly evolving, and we want our courses to evolve with it. If you have feedback or ideas, we’d love to hear from you — just head to our Contact page.

Are EQI’s online courses accessible?
Yes — our courses are designed to WCAG 2.1 AA standards. If there are additional accessibility features you’d like to see, we’d love your input. Please get in touch via our Contact page.
Can we use our own Learning Management System (LMS)?
Absolutely. We can integrate with your existing LMS. Please connect with our team before purchasing so we can set this up for you.
Do I need to install anything to access the courses?
No installation is required. Our courses are fully browser-based — simply log in and start learning.

How much do the courses cost?

Do you offer discounts for larger groups?

How long do I have access to a course for?
All courses are available on a 12-month subscription. Don’t worry — your subscription won’t automatically renew, unless you purchase it again.
I purchased for a team but we didn’t use all of our seats — can we get a refund?
As our courses operate on a subscription model, we’re unable to refund unused seats. We recommend enrolling learners as soon as possible so your team gets the most out of their subscription. We’re also here to help with tips for implementation if you need support.
Do you offer discounts for not-for-profits?
