Driving Global Action and Investment for GBV Prevention: The Accelerator x EQI
All In: Global Leaders for Ending Gender-Based Violence is a global leadership initiative designed to mobilise political will, new commitments and sustained investment to prevent and ultimately end gender-based violence (GBV). Bringing together former heads of state, survivor advocates, human rights leaders, cultural figures, elite athletes and sector leaders, the initiative harnesses the influence of globally recognised voices to accelerate action and strengthen accountability for evidence-based GBV prevention.
EQI leads the initiative as Secretariat, working closely with the Leaders Group to shape strategy, guide the program and translate global influence into meaningful impact. Through strategic leadership, communications expertise and creative direction, we support the initiative to elevate GBV prevention into the highest levels of political and institutional decision-making while inspiring broader public momentum for change.
Gender-based violence persists at alarming rates worldwide. While decades of research have shown that prevention is possible, the challenge lies in scaling proven approaches with sustained political will, long-term investment and coordinated global leadership.
Ending GBV requires systemic, evidence-based action that is broad, deep and resourced, reaching across sectors, strengthening institutions and investing in long-term prevention strategies. Yet prevention often remains underfunded and deprioritised in global agendas.
The All In Leaders Group works both individually and collectively to influence decision-makers across sectors. By leveraging their influence and credibility, the initiative seeks to elevate GBV prevention into the highest levels of political, economic and cultural leadership.
All In’s distinctive contribution is to mobilise leaders to:

As Secretariat, we provide the strategic, technical and creative leadership that drives the initiative forward. Working in close partnership with the Leaders Group and partners, we support the program through a holistic approach spanning strategy, advocacy, communications and design.
Our work includes guiding the initiative’s strategic priorities, coordinating the Leaders Group and providing ongoing leadership and technical expertise through a dedicated team.
We developed the initiative’s bold visual identity and brand architecture, ensuring every element — from digital platforms to campaign materials — communicates urgency, clarity and global ambition. Building on this foundation, we led the development and design of a flagship Position Paper, which outlines a practical framework for ending GBV through coordinated action that is broad, deep and properly resourced.
We also worked with event partners to design and deliver the initiative’s global launch, held at the Design Museum in London in December 2025. Working closely with partners and funders, we created an immersive and impactful experience that brought together global leaders, policymakers, advocates and cultural figures to galvanise momentum around prevention.
As part of the launch, we directed a powerful branded film, Move with Us Towards a Future Without Violence, created in collaboration with survivors. Carried by the power of dance and the feminist anthem Canción Sin Miedo by Vivir Quintana, the film invites audiences to see prevention not as a distant policy ambition but as a living global movement rooted in liberation, hope and collective action. The film centres survivors not through narratives of harm but through strength, resilience and leadership, asserting a powerful truth: gender-based violence is not inevitable – it is solvable.
Designed to travel across social media, community spaces and policy conversations, the film serves as a rallying symbol for the movement to end GBV, inspiring belief, unlocking investment and reminding audiences that a world where women and girls live without fear is within reach.

All In has established a powerful new platform for global leadership on gender-based violence prevention — one that moves the conversation beyond awareness toward coordinated action, sustained investment and political accountability.
The initiative reframes gender-based violence as solvable, not inevitable, helping shift the global narrative from crisis response toward prevention. By mobilising leaders from across politics, culture, sport and human rights, All In brings new voices and influence into the movement to end GBV, expanding the conversation far beyond traditional gender equality spaces.
The global launch at the Design Museum in London marked the first major public moment for the initiative, bringing together policymakers, advocates, cultural leaders and partners in a program designed to galvanise momentum. The event featured keynote speeches and panel discussions from members of the Leaders Group, an address from the UK Foreign Secretary, a feminist art installation and a powerful live performance by Vivir Quintana. Moving beyond traditional panel formats, the experience balanced urgency with hope, solidarity and creative expression, reflecting the initiative’s vision of prevention as both strategic and deeply human.
The launch generated significant global attention, with more than 1,000 pieces of media coverage, an estimated 11.7 million coverage views, and a potential audience reach of 5.8 billion, helping introduce the initiative to new audiences and strengthen global recognition of GBV prevention as a solvable challenge requiring collective action.

The initiative’s visual identity, digital platform and creative storytelling – including the survivor-centred film Move with Us Towards a Future Without Violence – have helped position All In as a bold and contemporary force within the global movement to end GBV. Together, these elements communicate a clear message: preventing violence is not only necessary, it is achievable when leadership, evidence and investment align.
As the initiative continues to grow, the Leaders Group will use their influence to catalyse new commitments, mobilise funding and strengthen global accountability for prevention. Through our ongoing role as Secretariat, Equality Institute will continue working with partners and leaders to ensure All In translates visibility and momentum into the sustained political will and resourcing needed to end gender-based violence.
The land we live and work on always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land. We pay our respects to the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and acknowledge the ongoing leadership role of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander communities in preventing violence against women. We also acknowledge Traditional Custodians of the lands where EQI works around the world.
